REI Adventures — 

For over 25 years, REI has offered unique outdoor adventure tours with a mission of getting people outdoors, offering more than 150 different trips on every continent — from camel trekking in Mongolia, to climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, to kayaking through Laos and Cambodia, to snowshoeing in Iceland!  They also offer a large variety of classic African Safaris in Kenya, Namibia, Maasai Mara, Botswana and South Africa.

Tours are categorized by activity, including backpacking, kayaking, climbing, rafting, cycling, mountain biking, multi-sport, hiking, and winter sports.

REI cruises offer a blend of relaxed comfort and accessibility to stunning natural areas and amazing wildlife. Cruising in Alaska or the Galapagos Islands aboard smaller boats provides a more intimate natural experience. Large, powerful icebreakers and ice-strengthened vessels allow for remote Arctic and Antarctic expeditions.

While comfort is a priority, they provide lodging that’s out of the ordinary — an eco lodge high in the Andes, a genuine sheep shearers’ quarters, or a tent perched on the flanks of a stunning mountain.
